The systems we already know how to build.

Every system starts from a foundation that exists and runs. What changes from one business to the next is the configuration — and that's what you compose next.

Scope

What the standard offer covers, stated before you ask.

A closed scope is not a hidden restriction: it is what makes a fixed price possible. Here are the limits, in full. A need that exceeds them is not refused — it is quoted separately, once we have seen the pieces.

The ceilings

  • 5 named internal users
  • 2 roles: administration and operations. No custom role, no per-field permission
  • A single central object type. A second object carrying money or obligation falls outside the standard offer
  • 8 lifecycle stages maximum
  • 12 configurable fields on the central object, 8 on the third party
  • 1 organisation, 1 location, 1 time zone, 1 currency, 1 interface language
  • 25,000 records migrated, 2 files, 30 columns and 10 MB per file
  • 2 document templates, 3 pages and 40 merge fields each
  • 2 third-party export formats
  • 1 authenticated domain, 1 sending address, 2,000 outgoing emails per month
  • 1 logo and 2 colours. No bespoke mockup, no purchased typeface
  • 1 training session of 90 minutes, 2 people, 1 written guide of 6 pages

What is not part of the standard offer

  • No programmatic (API) access to a third-party system. A deliberate ceiling, stated out loud
  • Browser and email attachment only: no SFTP, no synchronised shared folder, no third-party drop box, no webhook
  • No physical hardware — not sold, not installed, not configured
  • Third-party licences and API or service fees: on the client's account, never included
  • No 24/7 on-call. The recurring fee buys included support hours, not standby cover
  • Two rounds of revisions, written into the contract. Beyond that, it is an amendment
  • No legal compliance certification. H&S delivers measurements, logs and documentation — never a compliance guarantee
  • No development outside the accepted scope after signature. It gets quoted, it does not get added

The data

  • H&S provides the column template. A file that does not fit is rejected line by line and returned for correction. Cleaning unstructured data is not part of the engagement.
  • No bulk manual entry of a paper archive. Migration starts from a file, never from a stack of folders.

What pauses the clock

  • Write access to DNS, or a reachable domain holder — the most frequent breaking point
  • Document templates supplied in a usable format
  • Migration file corrected after the rejection report
  • Decision-maker available for acceptance and training

These limits define the standard catalogue offer, not what H&S is able to build. A need that exceeds them is not refused: it is quoted separately.
