Because a price quoted without seeing your flows would be a made-up number we'd have to correct later. The free diagnostic takes two minutes and gives you a written analysis; the configurator gives a costed range in five minutes; the firm amount is settled after the audit and written into the contract. If your need is simple, we'll say so — and it will cost less than you expected.
There is no single answer, and a timeline quoted before seeing your workflows would be invented — exactly like a price. The timeline is set after the assessment, based on scope, integrations, available data and the sign-offs we need from you, then written into the contract. Your share stays small: about one hour in total. If we are waiting on content from you, the timeline shifts by that much, and that is written down too.
Rarely. We start by connecting what you already have. We only replace a tool when it's the cause of the problem, and we explain why first.
You do. The system is yours, your data is exportable whenever you want, without going through us. The monthly fee pays for hosting, maintenance and support — not for permission to use your own tool.
The scope is written and payment is in two parts: the second half is due before go-live, once you've seen the system running. If we don't deliver what's written, you don't pay the rest.
