Auto repair shop

Management system for auto repair shops — Laval and North Shore

A garage mostly loses customers on the phone: when every lift is busy nobody is at the counter, and the call goes to the next shop. The three fixes that matter most: an automatic text on every missed call, online booking wired to the shop calendar, and automatic follow-ups on quotes.

Where it leaks in your trade

The phone rings while you're under a car

At peak hours nobody is at the counter. The customer doesn't wait: they call the next garage and never call back.

The quote goes out and dies

A $2,000 estimate sent by email, noted on a scrap of paper. With no scheduled follow-up there is never a second contact.

The 9 p.m. customer can do nothing

They decide in the evening, when the shop is closed. With no online booking, they wait until tomorrow — or don't.

Google reviews fit on one hand

Your regulars have been happy for years. Nobody has ever asked them to write it down.

What we install for you

Automatic text on missed calls

The customer gets a message within the minute with a booking link. They book themselves while you keep working.

Online booking wired to the shop

The slots shown account for your lifts and the real duration of the job. No double bookings.

Quote follow-ups on days 2, 5 and 10

They stop dead the moment the customer replies, and the file jumps to the top of your list.

Review request after each job

Sent at the right moment: when the customer has just picked up their vehicle and is happy.

We speak your language

The system uses your words, not a generic software's. Your pipeline stages carry the names your team already uses.

An order of magnitude for your trade

3-bay shop, 6 employees 120 requests/month, 450 $ per invoice.

These values only seed the calculator — they are not measured averages. Replace them with your own.

Frequently asked in this trade

Does this replace my current shop software?

No, unless you want it to. Most shops keep their software for work orders and invoicing. The system handles what happens BEFORE: capturing the request, replying, following up, filling the calendar.

Will my older customers book online?

Some will, some won't — and they'll keep calling, which is perfectly fine. The system never removes the phone. It only adds a door for those who prefer it, and catches calls when nobody can answer.

How much of my time does this take?

About one hour in total, spread over the 14 days: giving us your access, approving the wording of the messages, and the training session. The rest happens without you.

Fifteen minutes to see your own gaps

The audit is free and you leave with the written diagnosis, even if we never work together.
